THAI BODYWORK THERAPY
I offer a variety of Thai bodywork treatments to relieve stress, boost energy, stimulate healing, and improve range of motion.
We tend to hold our stress as tension in our muscles, especially our shoulders and hips. Thai bodywork aims to bring balance to the body and mind using a magical blend of acupressure, assisted yoga postures, and Ayurvedic principles. In a signature Thai bodywork session I will you will guide through passive stretches focusing acupressure and compression massage on deep and myofascial tissues using my hands, elbows, and feet. Guided breath, aromatherapy, and heat therapy is incorporated to provide a deeply healing experience, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I offer Thai bodywork sessions in my studio located in Stone Mountain, GA, as well as, mobile sessions where I come to you! Due to COVID-19 I am not taking appointments until further notice.
STRESS FIX (Head, Neck, Shoulders- 30 minutes)
Stress, screens, blue light, texting, typing, sitting, slouching...all of these are sure to cause headaches and neck stiffness. 30 minutes of a blend of acupressure and aromatherapy restore blood and lymphatic circulation, leaving you breathing a sigh of relief.
FEEL GOOD EXPRESS (1 hour)
Feeling sore and lethargic? Tight muscles cause low energy! When muscles are constricted, energy can’t flow freely through the body, leading to fatigue. 1 hour of Thai bodywork relieves muscle and joint tension, increases mobility, and leaves you rejuvenated and ready to take on the world.
SIGNATURE (1.5 hours)
Melt into deep relaxation with aromatherapy and heat therapy while assisted yoga postures and applied pressing techniques steadily open up muscles and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to release tension and balance the body's energy systems.
TREAT YOURSELF (2 hours)
Extra TLC focusing on releasing muscle and joint tension, reducing knotting, and stimulating the flow of energy seamlessly throughout the body. Perfect for those perpetually sore from sports or physical labor and those feeling out of alignment in their bodies and minds.
