Hi, I am Tara. 

Welcome to my online presence! 

When I was a teeny Tara in elementary school a teacher asked the class what we wanted to be when we grew up. As she went around the room the kids answered with the usual responses…’Fireman!’, ‘Astronaut!’, ‘Ballerina!’. Then she got to me. And my response? ‘I want to go to school forever!’ 

That is me in a nutshell. I have always loved learning. I am driven by an insatiable curiosity for the universe and our relationships with all of it’s parts. The study, practice, and teaching of yoga and mindfulness has enriched every aspect of my life. It has taught me that I am capable, strong, and unstoppable. I approach all the work that I do with humor, self-love, and optimism. My goal for every day is to bring that energy into all of my interactions. If I am able to share that appetite for exploration with others, I consider that a fulfilling day!  

I recently relocated back to my home state of Georgia from NYC where I worked as a product manager for a global media agency. Now I am continuing to deepen my skills as a product manager in a new role I just took on at a SaaS company in Atlanta called Salesfusion. Being back in the south has reinvigorated my creative energy and I am excited to see it manifested in my work.  I am beyond excited that I get to live a life purposed around passion and that I can share that energy with those around me. I hope what you see on the pages of my website inspire you, too!
